Hi John,
Appendix 4 calculates the value of unsecured bond. What does nominal value $40m of bond mean? Does it mean the par value?
Is the $56.84m market value of 1 bond or Mv of total number of bonds?
Please help me clarify this. Thanks a lot

Nominal and par value both mean the same thing.
How on earth can you expect 1 bond to have a market value of $56.84M !!!!!
