good evening sir i wanted to ask a question regarding job accouts
sir thee is a question in our exam kit in which there are three jobs
job(aa10) job(bb15) job(cc20)
opp wip 26800 42790 0
material added in period 17275 0 18500
labour for the period 14500 3500 24600
tje budgeted overheads for the period were $126000
now the question is the closin wip approximately i have done the qestion but in the kits answer its just taking th first job cost and the last job cst which is aa10 and cc20 my questioo to u is why is it not taking bb15 thank you

If not, then I can only assume that since there was no material added to job bb15 during the period, then they are assuming it is finished and therefore not WIP. However, without more information, there is no logic in that at all and the answer is wrong - more information is needed.
