Sir, in NAV method while deducting total liabilities from total assets, why they have not considered 20m and 30m loan?

The answer is using the net asset value so as to comment as to whether or not Bento is asking for enough. The loans are being taken out by the management team as a way of paying, and so do not affect Bento.
