    I am going to start studying for the acca in england in the next few months and i was wondering if this website is any good and useful. Will I pass easily with this course or should i still invest in books (if so which and do they suit this course) and also paid tuition?

    ALWAYS invest in a revision kit; the way to pass ACCA exams is to practise questions – practise, practise, practise!

    I have classroom tuition for most papers, and use Opentuition as support for areas I’m confused about.

    If you’re thinking of doing a paper just with Opentuition, check that the course notes are up-to-date and there are plenty of video lectures for most chapters. (the syllabus changes especially F6)

    To be honest, you can pass a paper just using Opentuition and a revision kit.

    Opentuition: highly recommended!

    The lecture videos are immensely useful and it’s worth it if you watch them straightaway after each lesson is being thought in your own class. I actually find the P2 and P5 videos are terrific and helped me understand much better.

    It’s up to you whether you want to pass, or you want to do better than a mere pass.

    @Buffy
    A lot depends on your way of studying and how you “absorb” knowledge..
    I passed F7 with whole study materials, revision kit, and all OpenTuition materials.
    BUT I think I’ll get reasonable marks for F5 with just OpenTuition notes, video lectures and practising past papers!

    This website is absolutely great!
