Is learning curve actually included as a part of syllabus for P2?

Question as per topic title – while doing cima aptitude tests for P2 i encountered a few questions regarding learning curves but there is nothing about the subject in Kaplan textbook for P2.
Can someone clarify it for me, please?

It was there earlier under 2015 syllabus but it has been removed from P2 syllabus of 2019.
