hi,can anyone please tell me if i am from malaysia.For the F4 corporate and business law got two version right?one is english and global?which one do i choose?is it the global one?

I’m afraid I cannot tell if you are from Malaysia – only you know that.
As for the choice between English variant and Global variant – well, that’s entirely up to you. There is a full suite of video lectures on this site for the English variant and they overlap with the Global variant by around 60%
Personally I find the global syllabus rather drier than the English syllabus so, if only for interest (and fun) I would go for English but that’s very very much a personal choice
