how to view lecture notes from start

i notice the lecture notes start from chapter 7 which is the cost of capital. where will get the missing one. ex chapter 6 corporate dividend policy. thanks.

The first six chapters of the Course Notes do not require lectures – there are no calculations involved. It just means reading the Course Notes.
