How to should i post if i got an issue while working the practice kit?

Hi i am wondering if you have the same style of reply to students issue while practising question in the revision kit as tutor John from Financial Accounting. During the FA course if i got a problem in a question in the bpp revision kit i would post the reference to the page number and question number and tutor John would look up the question in his own revision kit. But i saw some students posting the whole of a question and typing the whole question.
