Hi…sir want to know how we implement p3 models in answers?. For example if we are going to implement PESTEL model we have to give reference from question then we have to tell is it threats or opportunities then we have to explain how it is threats or opportunities for a company, then we score marks…kindly tell me for other remaining models as above I give example.I shell be very thankful for this favor.
September 1, 2017 at 3:45 pm #404873You use all models to help you organise and make sense of the information in a question. Usually, you need to apply a ‘so what?’ test. For example, you migh be told to carry out a PESTEL analysis, or you might decide to use that model.
If the company in the scenario was a cat manufacturer and you were told the economy is forecast to decline, then:
Under the first E heading of PESTEL you would state that the economy was forecast to be poor. But that is not really doing more than was said in the question. Now apply ‘So what?’ And the answer jere is that this ia likely to be veey serious for a car manufacturer because people are likely to postpone the purchase of a car if they are uncertain about their jobs and earnings.
