General ACCAHow to Apply for reduced membership Fee

I am currently earning less than £5000 per annum.In fact I am earning below minimum wage as training contracts in this part of the world pay you nothing. I was wondering, after filling up my reduced membership form, How do I pay them? Do i first wait for them to reply to my application? Kindly inform me about the process
