Hi John, The question was asking 2 situations of when interest rates increase and decrease. Can we simply state that FRA and furtures will fix the rate for investor and use short cut way to calculated the effective interest rate? And it is necessary to show the dollar amount result and effective rate to earn all marks? Thanks!
