Could you please give me some guidelines and criteria in explaining the asessment of how the manager performed according to variances calculated or assessment of business from financial and non financial information providedPlease sir give me points on what exactly to state as I really struggle in this area!
In future you must ask in the Ask the Tutor Forum if you want me to answer. This forum is for students to help each other.
It is impossible to give guidelines because every question is deliberately different, and is testing that you really understand the situation.
All I can suggest is that you obviously watch all of our free lectures, but even more importantly that you practice all of the questions in your Revision Kit and study the answers to the written parts of the question and learn from them.
If any of the answers are not clear to you then obviously do ask (in the Ask the Tutor Forum) and I will try and make them clear.
