In the MS they say reducing the Customer days to 30 days would realise abt $128,500, can I just know how do u calculate this 128500, I think could be worth one mark?
February 20, 2017 at 11:08 am #373321Do I need to write an introduction before starting the answer, I actually feel that there is alot to read when u have to write for 3 questions, how do u manage this??
February 21, 2017 at 4:40 am #373435I don’t have the Kaplan kit. Sorry.
Whether you need an intro depends on the question. If writing a report usually there would,be,a,very short one. Otherwise, no.

February 22, 2017 at 7:37 am #373597Current collection period 59.31; target 30; so 29.31fewer days.
Sales per day 1,600,000/365.
29.31 represents sales of 29.31 x 1,600,000/365 = 128,482, or approx 128,500.
February 23, 2017 at 10:50 am #373812oki thanks just missed it. Im bit scared of the calculations that the examiner could test in detail? 🙁
February 23, 2017 at 11:52 am #373820The calculations can include lots of F5 costing, regression etc. and also some F9 eg criticise an NPV calculation.
We believe that our notes, contain the important areas. Also look at:
