    In the MS they say reducing the Customer days to 30 days would realise abt $128,500, can I just know how do u calculate this 128500, I think could be worth one mark?

    Do I need to write an introduction before starting the answer, I actually feel that there is alot to read when u have to write for 3 questions, how do u manage this??

    I don’t have the Kaplan kit. Sorry.

    Whether you need an intro depends on the question. If writing a report usually there would,be,a,very short one. Otherwise, no.

    Current collection period 59.31; target 30; so 29.31fewer days.

    Sales per day 1,600,000/365.

    29.31 represents sales of 29.31 x 1,600,000/365 = 128,482, or approx 128,500.

    oki thanks just missed it. Im bit scared of the calculations that the examiner could test in detail? 🙁

    The calculations can include lots of F5 costing, regression etc. and also some F9 eg criticise an NPV calculation.
