general question for P3

1. For the 15minutes of planning time, i know that we are only allowed to write down on the question paper, but are we allowed to ask fo 2 or 3 pages of A4paper before the exam starts ? so that we can take notes on those 2. for the answer booklet(a booklet that we can write answers for questions), can we ask for one more extra answer booklet if we need it ? meaning, one answer booklet isn't enough and need more spaces to write down.
