Hi John, i did learn overhead in my previous paper but may i ask one question ?
i cant find out why annual fixed overhead cost of 2.5 million is not included and only 1 million is accounted.

7y ago#1We only ever include any extra costs to the company.
If overheads are just being apportioned, then the total will not change and is therefore irrelevant.
