So I reschedule my Sunday to participate in the F8 session as it's been changed from 5PM UK time to 12 noon. I enter the chat room with several other OT members at the scheduled time and the person who's set up the sessions and is scheduled to facilitate the session never shows up. I wait 15 mins then message her requesting an explanation. She won't tell me why she cancelled/moved the session without telling the group and is acting as if I'm out of order for asking. !?!?
Is this normal for OT? I've found it helpful in the past but this type of behavior is really off putting and very unprofessional. I understand the individual is volunteering but that shouldn't exempt her from behaving with common courtesy.
