    Sir below is a kit question. Correct answer is B. I did not understand. Can you please explain me

    Framework based here = procedural based as opposed to principals based.

    Strict procedures ensure that every issue is handled the same way. However, no discussion is needed (“Just follow the rules”), the rules might not suit all situations, the rules can often be followed with relatively little thought.
