    Dear sir,
When we are asked to prepare report…then my format goes like this.
    To
    From
    Date
    Subject

    Introduction
    Main body (is.answer)
    Conclusion

Is this the correct format? Does examiner expects some more than this ?and also I have seen some reports without to,from ,date and subject in the examiners answer!I really get confused when I go through such answers.

Yes that’s fine, but if possible divide your main body up into separate sections eg Environmental analysis, Resources, Possible Strategies…

Not much in an answer except the title. In real life a report would be longer.
