Forecasting and decision making techniques

Hi Ken, regarding Linear regression and time series analysis, i understand this is assumed knowledge but my knowlege of these is quite poor. Could you direct me to "lectures" or lecture Notes that i could review to get a better understanding. Thanks Tanya
