It is an online module and yes it is compulsory. It is a very easy to pass module with no limit of number of attempts. You can attempt it many times until you pass it. 50% is what you need to get it done.
You cannot download your FIA certificate until this module is completed.
It’s a module you work through – it does not require separate study. See here https://www.accaglobal.com/in/en/student/ethics/fip.html – you access it through myACCA.
