I always find a problem for time management concerning the working & presentation of financial analysis ratios and interpretation. One of the things that one might do is to start doing this work during the planning and reading time (PART). However, PART is not meant only for this.

Are the detailed workings of ratios analysis need to be shown, or working by the calculator without presenting such workings will not lose any marks?

    Thank you

There has been one question where ratio workings had to be shown, but generally this is ot required and not showing workings should not lose marks. The important thing is that you make use of those ratios where you can. Calculating ratios and ignoring the results is not what you should do.
