Final audit procedures : after inventory count

Hi sir, the procedures to perform after the inventory count, can i state the following in relation to raw materials ? - Inspect purchase invoices for a sample of raw materials to agree their cost to verify valuation - Inspect purchase invoices for the name of the client to verify rights.
