Sir I’m requesting clarification on the answer for this question. The question is taken from FBT Bpp practice kit question 28.8

Belbin described the most effective character mix in a team. This invloves eight necessary roles, which should ideally be balanced and spread in a team.

A person who is highly strung, extrovert and passionate about the task fits into which of Belbin’s roles?

    a) Plant
    b) Completer-Finisher
    c) Resource investigator
    d) Shaper

    Answer is Shaper

Sir I think the answer should be resource investigator.

On balance, sounds like a shaper to me. I think the key is being passionate about the task.
