I am deciding which revision kit should I buy for the September examination. Should I buy Kaplan or BPP revision kit for F9.
Moreover, should I do the revision kit chapter by chapter or Section A then Section B and then Section C?

Both are ACCA approved and are as good as each other. I happen to have just the BPP Revision Kits.
Best is to do by chapter after watching my relevant free lectures.
You can download sample questions from the ACCA website.
(The ACCA now only publish questions and answers every six months – each time is a sample of the questions from the previous two exams.)
I certainly can not help you. Sharing soft copies of copyright material is illegal, unethical, and is against ACCA regulations.
You must buy a copy from BPP. You can buy a soft copy on their website (and if you follow the link on this page you will get a 20% discount).
You must not ask for soft copies on this website.
