How to link the framework to the IAS , example the principles of percentage of completion (IAS 11) and completed contracts basis ?

Fair presentation, reliability, relevance, prudence, uniformity, consistency, materiality, substance over form, neutrality - surely all of these can be applied to your example of contract accounts
