I cannot say why you have individually repeatedly failed this exam other than very clearly you did not in fact have the knowledge required and/or the ability to apply this knowledge to the exam questions set, which problem may have been greater if you have not properly read and understood the exact requirement of the question - this is particularly important in correctly answering the multi choice questions. What I can say is how any student should prepare for this exam and give themselves the best opportunity of success. The OT notes and lectures should be worked through and you should attempt all the exercises. Do not spend time writing more notes but use that time to practice the techniques, learning from the mistakes that you make so that if you see that issue in a future question you can successfully deal with it!! You should then use a FA 2014 exam kit from an approved provider to ensure that you can apply this knowledge in exam standard questions making sure that you properly present each written answer and can do so within the required time allocation. These questions must be properly attempted as you would in the exam to the same standard of presentation and as stated within the time limit. You should not be looking at the answers for help part way through nor simply "auditing" those answers. Where major problems arise on a question you must not waste time trying to do something you cannot do but you need to work around this doing all the things yo can do and doing them right! Good luck!!
