Hi sir,
I see this video but I am still not able to get it. I have qstn that why u multiply 240000$* 9.2530?. Instead divide. I am very confused how to know when to divide and multiply?? Can you please explain me. Thanks in advance
Ask the Tutor ACCA FM
Exchange rate open tuition lecture notes Eg 2)
9.2530 IR = 1 R$
So 1R$ = 9.2530 IR
Therefore 2 R$ = 2 x 9.2530 IR
and 3 R$ = 3 x 9.2530 IR
We want 240,000 R$, so this equals 240,000 x 9.2530 IR
I understand sir. But what if question change like instead of R$ 240000 to IR 240000 than how can I do ??
9.2530 IR = 1 R$
Therefore, 1 IR = 1/9.2530 R$
So 240,000 IR = 240,000 x 1/9.2530 R$
Thank you so much sir. I understand your lectures. I find easy to understand. Thanks again sir.
You are welcome :-)
