I am sorry that you failed P4 – especially with a mark so close.

However, it is very unlikely that a review will result in your mark being changed because since your mark was very close to 50% your paper will already have been marked at least two times. All they do in the review is check that the marks have been recorded and added up correctly – they do not remark it.
They do tell you which questions you passed and which you failed, but that is all.

    Hi

I failed P4 with 39% and I am pretty certain I got more. Is it worth doing an Administrative review?

    Thanks

It is always possible that they made a mistake in recording the marks, but it is very unlikely.
The ACCA does have good procedures in place for checking on the marking and on the administration anyway, and so it is doubtful if anything did go wrong.

If you want to be certain then do ask for one – at least you will find out which questions you passed or failed on. But appreciate that it is expensive and, again, unfortunately there is not a great chance of it changing anything.
