Exam has a new spec, can I use my old materials

Hi, So the exam spec has changed for the next sitting and I'm retaking. I have my old materials and I don't really want to get newer ones. Is it still possible to use my old materials? Are there significant changes in the exam spec to warrant the need to purchase newer materials?
