Hi All,
I would like to ask if anyone has ever complained about exam center? Like they have not met basic standards. It was very loud etc. What is the possible outcome if the claim being successful?
Thank you,
Anna
On the ACCA website is written that they will “investigate and take into account in the result process” but you have to submit the complaint before Friday for the September session.
Go ahead and complain if you’re not happy, at least they might stop using that exam centre and find a different venue for the next sessions. After all the work and effort we put into studying, at least we deserve is a decent exam environment.

Do make sure you read the part
“Important information
Unfortunately complaints related to your exam centre can’t be accepted for consideration following 14 September 2018, and will not be considered following the September 2018 results release. Please ensure that you notify ACCA via the aforementioned process within the appropriate time period. ”
This is there in the link provided by @beloslava
Hi All,
I have submitted the complaint before the 14th of Sep. Lets see what they come back with.
