F5: In exam time 15 mnts reading time what should we do? should we read MCQ question Or written question? and after 15 mnts where from we should start- first MCQ or Written?

I would suggest to read and make notes on the 15 mark question. And after those 15 min. passes start solving the question.
U will be concentrated and ‘in the mood’ for that question.
