1. What is the implication of Globtalk not taking over any liability for any of Evertalk loan?
2. When the network division is being disposed, should the bond $300m be taken in consideration?
3. In what way(s) does '1' impact on the value of Evertalk as Globtalk is paying only $50m?

The ACCA no longer has questions that old on their website either. It is 20 exams ago and there have been two changes in examiner since :-)
