I would like to know if there are any equivalence for some ACCA Modules

I suggest you download some of the ACCA syllabuses and have a look to see what you recognise.

Choose the paper from the 'Exam' drop down menu and the choose 'Syllabus and study guide' from the 'Resource type'.
