Why isn't the increase in equity instrument in added in computing the NCI(pl) in the TCI column please?

Isn't it possibly because these equity instruments are owned by Premier and not by Sanford?
If you start giving the nci a share of the parent's assets, where is it going to stop?
Yes right! I misread the question, i thought Sanford had these equity.
