Surprisingly, I found a question having min=20, max=30 and normal usage =24 but surprisingly, average usage was used as (20+30)/2 =25 instead of 24 right away, when computing minimum level =reorder level - average usagé x average lead time.

In that case it is a bit of a silly question :-)
