My name is Saher and I have a question regarding Entrepreneur's Relief. If Mr A sells shares in Inv co which is a holding company of a trading company. Can Mr A apply for Entrepreneur's relief? (Assuming all other conditions are met).

If it is simply the holding company of a trading group - its investments are shares in trading subsidiary companies - then yes entrepreneurs relief will be available
