Employment law: Employer and employee duties

Hey Mike!

I have noticed that duties of employer and employees aren't mentioned in the OT notes as well as they have not been asked in any of the past exam. There are too many cases based on the duties so would it be okay if I just skip this topic?

Hi

You skip ANY topic at your own risk! There is invariably a question on this area of the syllabus but there seems to me to be a limit on the number of questions your examiner could ask. If you check out the last 10 exams and read the questions and answers about employment law, you should find that you have covered enough for the exam.
