I’m enrolled in a University that teaches ACCA and when I first signed up, they said that we were automatically eligible for OBU. However I checked today to make sure but I saw that I wasnt. Can I still opt in even when I already finished my FR (F7) paper?

I think you will probably be OK – please consult pp. 5-6 of the very latest Information Pack [June 2021] as the eligibility rules have changed in the last year and more students [and even affiliates] may now be able to submit work.
