Is effective budgeting examined in paper PM?
I have seen a question in the Kaplan revision kit that says "what is meant by effective budgeting" which is for only 3 marks. However, there is no mention of effective budgeting in the syllabus. Should we study this topic?

4y ago#1There is no special term called effective budgeting. It is asking what is needed for the budgeting to be effective (i.e. useful for the business).
