Doubt related to NEDs role in company

Hello,
This is Prakhar this side. I am from India, actually my doubt is related to the roles of Non Executive directors in the company.
i wanna ask you that the role of NEDs in Nomination Committee, Remuneration Committee and Audit Committee, isn’t it dominating that the these Non Executive Directors are in every committee and they can easily dominate in every decisions of the company. And they also can be misguided and can be corrupted by by any external forces in advantage of any decision causing any harm to them.
