I read the open tuition notes on business and technology paper and then started the exam kit. There are questions which do not seem to be covered by the notes in open tuition

The notes together with the lectures comprehensively cover the syllabus. You should also read ACCA’s technical articles and, as you are now doing, practise lots of questions. That said, we provide notes not a text book and therefore the level of detail we go into cannot be as great as found in a textbook of several hundred pages.

You will always find questions you cannot answer because:

1 You might not remember that bit of detail – particularly if it is from a long text book.
2 The question might be one where application of knowledge is required rather than the knowledge itself. This is where question practice is particularly important
3 Exam kits produced by particular publishers will (or should) match their text books so that if a publisher decides to cover a particular, perhaps obscure, piece of knowledge in the text book then there might be a question about it in the kit. Users of other texts might not have come across that and might have to resort occasionally to Google.

We are confident that if you use our notes, lectures, ACCA technical articles and do lots of test questions then you will have an excellent chance of success.
