My Kaplan & BPP study text books are for 2020 and so are not up to date for the 2022 Financial Management exams. They don’t include the syllabus topic H (Employability and Technology Skills). But I plan to use them in conjuction with the Open tuition notes. Will that be enough to pass the exams or do I need to purchase an updated textbook?
October 7, 2021 at 9:26 am #637190If you are watching our free lectures (not simply using the notes on their own) then you do not really need a Study Text because the lectures are a complete free course and cover everything needed to be able to pass the exam well.
Section H of the syllabus is not requiring any specific learning. It has been added to the syllabus for all the exams and is there to stress the importance of being able to deal with the spreadsheet and word processor provided in the exam.
However you choose to study, the essential book is the Revision Kit because it is full of past exam and other exam standard questions for practice, and practice is vital for passing the exam.
You do not need to buy new Study Texts.
