Sir can you please tell me discount allowed is treated as reduction in revenue or treated it as selling expense?

In future, if you want me to answer then you must ask in the Ask the Tutor Forum – this forum is for students to help each other.
It is now treated as a reduction in revenue under IFRS 15 (it used to be different). This is explained in the free lectures.
