Hi sir, for the executive director’s remuneration, if let’s say its not in line with that of the predecessor director and companies of similar size.
What is the downside of this ? How will this affect the performance of the director or the company ?
If too low it will be difficult to recruit directors of the right quality.
If too hogh, that’s great for thr director, but is a waste of money and will adversely affect profits.
