Difference b/w capital gain and chargeable gain?

I'm having good practice in this area except one problem/confusion is not being solved. I know that chargeable gain arises on capital gain. However, but when I distinct both of terms. It weirdly confuses me. So what is the Difference b/w capital gain and chargeable gain? Many Thanks
