Alo in the time series mtq regardimg varaitaions options being a) trend b) sesaonal variation c) cyclic variation d) random variation what did you guys select please answer if anyone got this question
NNaos1y ago#32
To answer all your questions, I chose all 3 directors. I also put that volunteer were internal stakeholders. For the MTQ, I chose random variation. How about you? Feel free to ask more, I would like to tally more of my answers
Former userFormer user1y ago#33
Okay 1) The last mtq of pricing i chose the first was false regarding the cost plus pricing and target costing i chose the second option as correct the one with penetration pricing what did you choose? 2)iin the life cycle costing what was the answer for the breakeven mtq i chose they are not breaking even 3)the seasonal variation mtq ichose weekends and cold weather i forgot the correct options 4) the lifecycle mtq in which target costing was mentioned i kind of forgot the answer but i chose the last option 5)what was the lifecycle cost per unit 6)when they introduced the new product in lifecycle costing i chose maximise profit and minimse time to breakeven 7) The roi in option 1 in section c was more than 20 right? 8)both varinaces were adverse 9the joint cost mtq first was accept second was reject right 10)what was the answer for variance mcq in section 1
NNaos1y ago#34
1) In case you remember the question, can you please say it, I kinda forgot? 2) I also chose not break even. But I'm not sure? What do you think? 3) I forgot for this one 4) & 5) unfortunately I don't remember 6) I chose minimise time to breakeven. I forgot the second option. Do you remember the other options? I'm not sure I chose profit max. 7) it was but I messed up. I didn't adjust for inflation. For the proposal 2, ROI was 6.67% and RI was -1.5? 8) No, one was fav. 9) / 10) I forgot the questions but maybe you can try saying it. Also, for the ones I asked, what did you get please? Seasonal variation and director stuff

**I meant depreciation
Former userFormer user1y ago#36
I chose cyclic variation all the diresctors and internal stakheolders
Former userFormer user1y ago#37
I accidently calculated SQSM in yield variance wrong and that part was 4 marks but i did the other calcultauions fine how many marks will i lose all four?
NNaos1y ago#38
I don't think so that you'll lose all marks. How did you do for the ROI/RI? What answers you got? Btw I think for the variation, it should be random variation right?
Former userFormer user1y ago#39
Yes it was random i confirmed with another friend i added depreciation to the profit and as it said that labour costs were being reduced by 2.6 i aslo added that in tht eprofit also i accidently put % sign with ri will i lose marks for that?
NNaos1y ago#40
For the one in labour cost, there was no depreciation right? Because NBV was 15m and disposal was 15m? What did you get for second proposal
Former userFormer user1y ago#41
The 15 value was in second option i'm talking about option 1 there was depreciation in labour one that was option also is depreciation removed for controllable capital employed
NNaos1y ago#42
Yepp. Btw do you remember the values for the ROI / RI for second one?
Former userFormer user1y ago#43
i couldn't do the second one
JJosuke1y ago#44
I also got they don't break even in life cycle costing questions. Chose random variation. The life cycle cost per unit was something like 1600? not sure. The joint cost section A, I got the opposite answer, first reject, second accept. There was also a CVP section A question, which asked true or false. The question was whether FC is of this much amount. Do you guys remember? I just remembered that the second proposal's ROI doesn't cross 20% like in Proposal 1, but RI was higher. Idk maybe I messed it up.
JJosuke1y ago#45
@Armine: In the study text do we have an article concerning moving average calculation???? In the time series I can not find anything concerning this. There's a similar question in Study Hub. I think the Study Hub one is even a bit more complex. But you can check that out there.
Former userFormer user1y ago#46
life cycle cost was 1600? i got 16 sad the percentage question in time series mtq i chose +24.7 what did you get? yes the breakeven was false and fixed cost was right do you remember the variance mcq in section 1?
JJosuke1y ago#47
I'm not sure about life cycle costing, don't take my word for it. I guessed the percentage question for the time series as well as the variance question. I believe I guessed option 1 for the variance question.
Former userFormer user1y ago#48
do you remeber the answers for NFP mcq in section and the high low mcq in section 1 also the directors question regarding prcing in section B i chose all a b c are right regarding penetration pricing wht did you select?
JJosuke1y ago#49
Do you remember the transfer pricing question for Section A? the 10, 18 and 21 one
JJosuke1y ago#50
I don't remember what I chose for NFP and I don't remember the high low question. I thought of selecting all director, but I felt Director B was wrong because I though his tactic would have only worked if the product had come out earlier in the market so it made it a unique product and hence following the market skimming and charging a higher price. But I'm not sure.
Former userFormer user1y ago#51
it was 10 18 and 21 the order i think its wrong answer my above question
Former userFormer user1y ago#52
and the last mtq of pricing the ones where there were two options and second option was the company can charge higher pricing in one market and lower in 2nd i selected that one as right and the fisrt option was regarding target costing and cost plus pricing i chose that as wrong do you remember that one?
JJosuke1y ago#53
What was your above question? If it is Director, then I chose only A. Yes, I think I did the same. I chose wrong for the target costing and cost-plus pricing question. It was something like mutually exclusive right?
Former userFormer user1y ago#54
do you remeber the contribution of the scare resource to one $ of price something like that was the question do you remember the answer? and the life cycle coting boxes regarding packing cost being reduced do you remeber that one
JJosuke1y ago#55
The material was the scarce resource right? I don't remember the answer though The life cycle costing was in section B right? I believe I guessed it all
Former userFormer user1y ago#56
YES section b i though it was labour also the transfer pricing order was 10 18 21 right?
JJosuke1y ago#57
Not sure about transfer pricing. I thought they were arranged in order.
JJosuke1y ago#58
Regarding that section b question of life cycle costing I think I did decrease, increase, no change and fourth option I don't remember
Former userFormer user1y ago#59
VARIABLE FIXED ENIVORMENTAL AND LIFECYCLE I MESSED UP THIS PART
JJosuke1y ago#60
In transfer pricing was 21 the option that the buying division had with them, like the lower between the two
