Hi, Just wondering do you have to apply a model to the scenarios when the question does not ask for one specific one. I answered question 1 and got a lot of the same points as the solution, however, I never mentioned Boston Consulting Group Metrics. I looked at the marking scheme and it doesn't state you loose any marks for referring to the BGCM - would I loose marks? https://www.accaglobal.com/content/dam/acca/global/PDF-students/acca/p3/exampapers/p3_2012_dec_q.pdf https://www.accaglobal.com/content/dam/acca/global/PDF-students/acca/p3/exampapers/p3_2012_dec_a.pdf Thanks

You can use any model that works, even one that was not expected by the examiner. However, choosing an inappropriate model usually means that you can't say a lot and it does not help solvimg the question.
