Hi, Just wondering do you have to apply a model to the scenarios when the question does not ask for one specific one.
I answered question 1 and got a lot of the same points as the solution, however, I never mentioned Boston Consulting Group Metrics. I looked at the marking scheme and it doesn’t state you loose any marks for referring to the BGCM – would I loose marks?

You can use any model that works, even one that was not expected by the examiner. However, choosing an inappropriate model usually means that you can’t say a lot and it does not help solvimg the question.
