In the answer to this question it was mentioned that job enrichment would be the best manner in which the job should be redesigned. However in my opinion, re-engineering the process seems to make more sense since it can be simplified and IT use maximized.
I would like your opinion please.

8y ago#1Re-engineering ia a fundamental redesign of a whole process or method of doimg business. This is much more radical than redesigning someone's job.
