What is meant by Customer Acquisition, Customer Retention and Customer Extension? Please explain these concepts?

Customer retention = retaining customers so that they don’t go somewhere else to buy.

November 17, 2015 at 6:48 am #283205Customer acquisition is manage customer prospects and inquiries , Customer retention is retaining customers so that a relation will build with your company and customer and customer extension is like giving customers discounts on prices so that more selling will be considered.These all things i came to know after working with bpmonline working as a CRM my for business.
