Mike, who appoints liquidator in a members voluntary liquidation and creditors?
Kaplan in an mcq says members appoint in cred liquidation. Which I believe is wrong. It’s members who NOMINATE but need approval of creditors. So answer should be creditors

I agree with you although it’s really a matter of semantics.
According to me (as if that counts for anything!) the members nominate, the creditors approve – or disapprove.
In either situation, it’s the final word of the creditors that carries the vote.
NB I’ve just checked with AI and we’re right. Members nominate, creditors appoint
